Welcome to fall

It feels like fall this morning. It's September 1rst so I guess it's very fitting that it would be cold and rainy this morning.
Here comes fall.

For the first day of September I had to start it off right with a big bowl of oatmeal.

In the mix
1/4 cup of oat bran
1 TB. oats
1 TB. Bob's spice n nice hot cereal
1/4 tsp. chia seeds
1/3 cup water
mix together
Topped with
sliced banana (about 4 slices)
drizzle of pure maple syrup
Crofter's raspberry all fruit spread
dark chocolate chips
(I decided to start my vacation off right with a little treat. I know I'm just wild and crazy like that. Chocolate chips on a Wednesday, yup that's how I roll.)

Topped with crunch
Tj's low fat almond granola
a few peanut butter puffins (I'm still undecided on these guys if I like them or not????)

I have a fun day planned today. First I'm heading to the gym for dancers workout and kickboxing (I hope it's a new round today in kickboxing). Then after I shower and pretty myself up I'm making a stop at Teavana. They just put in a new location right across from the gym. I'm really excited about the convenience of this, but I'm not sure about all the spending this could create for me. After Teavana I'm heading downtown to meet my mom. We are going to lunch and then to one of the farmers markets. Each day of the week they have a farmers market somewhere downtown, it changes locations daily.

Oh how I love vacations.
