Tonight's dinner was so easy, pull it out of the fridge, warm it up, and eat. I love nights like that, especially when it's the kind of meal that's even better the second time around, like pizza. The crust was much better the second night, not sure why.
I enjoyed my night off from cooking, but still had a great meal. I paired the pizza with a nice green salad with feta and some balsamic vinaigrette.
I also may have had a few bites of an applesauce raisin bar, they are so good.
