This afternoon we stopped at a produce stand to pick up some fresh raspberries from a local farm.
These were perfectly ripe and so good.
The owner of the farm gave me a tip for storing my berries. She said to put them in a bowl with a paper towel in the bottom to collect the moisture. I always kept them in the little berry crates they come in. This should make them last longer this way.
I also planted a pot of flowers for our patio table. It's a little big for on top of the table, but it looks good. Who needs to be able to see the person on the other side of the table or have a conversation with them anyway.
That sounds like a good tip for storing berries I will have to try it. Thanks!!
