Bringing back some favorites

I am so sore from yesterday's workout. The new exercises we did really worked my muscles.

On to breakfast.

They just got my favorite nut butter back in. I love TJ's Almond butter with roasted flax seeds, it's so crunchy.

It was time for some blueberry oats, tastes very similar to blueberry pancakes.

1/4 cup oats
2 TB. Bob's spice n nice hot cereal
mix together
topped with
Tj's almond and flax seed butter

Topped with
Tj's low fat mixed berry granola
Yogi walnut spice granola (another one of my favorites that I just restocked)


  1. I was just looking at this almond butter at TJ's yesterday but decided to go with the regular creamy unsalted PB that I usually get. Next time I think I may switch things up.

    Be sure to stretch throughout the day to help loosen your muscles! At least you know the workout worked!

  2. You're making me long for Trader Joes! The flax peanut butter is my favorite. Mmm.
