We have power

1/4 cup oats
2 TB. Scottish oats
1/4 cup water
mix together
topped with
raspberry all fruit spread
pear sauce
almond butter
sliced almonds

And you have to have a little crunch, Kashi cinnamon biscuits and Tj's low fat almond granola.
