Summer meal

Macaroni salad, perfect for summer and a staple around our house on sunny days. I even made enough to feed the neighborhood, wanna come over? I made extra to turn into another meal for tomorrow night, okay and maybe lunch's since there's so much, planning ahead really helps.

BBQ salmon, marinated with whole grain mustard, apricot all fruit spread, and kumquat all fruit spread. The salmon also had some dill, salt, pepper, and garlic on it.

Paired with some watermelon from last. This was definitely a summer meal.

Macaroni salad
whole wheat elbow pasta
mustard (whatever variety you like, I used whole grain and honey mustard)
diced zucchini and carrot (for some crunch and some veggies)
reduced fat cheddar cheese
Tj's sweet pickle relish
sun dried tomatoes
dried herbs: dill, salt, pepper, basil, and dried mustard
fresh herbs (from my herb garden): basil, oregano, and lemon thyme
