Lights, sirens, and a man in uniform

This morning I was up early for my usual Monday early morning workout. Work is always crazy on Monday's so I get up extra early to make sure that no matter what the day brings, my workout get's done.

Today I started with 20 min. on the spinning bike followed by a full body workout including abs, legs, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. It's the full meal deal. I finished with 20 min. of kickboxing/insanity workout, basically a 20 min. high intensity, calorie burning sweat fest.

After I was finished with my workout I showered and got ready for work and off I went. Everything was fine until I was turning into the parking lot at work and I saw lights flashing behind me and a cop car following me. I pulled into my usual parking spot, right in front of work, were all my co workers could witness. I guess my car tags are expired, I thought I had until the end of the month. But the police officers were bored and ran my plates as they were driving behind me. I guess my registration expired two days ago. So now I gotta get that fixed, at least I didn't get a ticket. Only because where I work is the same place all the cops come into.

  1. oh wow what a day that turned out to be! yes thankfully no ticket!

  2. bahhhhhhhh! What cops do that on a Monday? I'm just glad you didn't get a ticket!!
