Here we go


Monday morning protein pancake

3 egg whites
1/4 cup oat bran
2 TB. Bob's spice n nice
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash cinnamon
dash salt
mix together
cook in a non stick pan on both sides
topped with
almond butter
warmed up pear sauce
unsweetened coconut
