Monday Monday oh here you are


Protein pancakes
3 egg whites
3 TB. oat bran
1 TB. apple cinnamon hot cereal
1 tsp. baking soda
(way too much, I don't know what I was thinking. Only needs 1/4 0r 1/2 tsp.)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
splash soymilk
mix together
cook in non stick pan on both sides
topped with
almond butter
Crofter's apricot all fruit spread
warmed up pear sauce
sprinkle of Stacey' Healthy Granola in peanut butter raisin
(ad's a little crunch to the top)
