Big ole pot


Big pot of homemade soup
I don't measure when I make soup and it's usually whatever ingredients I have on hand. Tonight's included:
Tj's red pepper and tomato soup
low sodium chicken stock
zucchini, carrots, roasted red pepper, and frozen spinach
herbs
Tj's sun dried tomato chicken sausage
red lentils
white kidney beans
topped with
Parmesan cheese, feta, and brushetta mix
