This morning I worked out before going to work. I started with 20 min. on the spinning bike followed by an upper body work out working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. It's a new month so I'm starting a new workout. I did one exercise for each muscle group with 3 sets and cascading reps, meaning starting at say 20 the first set, 18 the second, and 16 for the third. It's all about changing it up. I finished with 25 min. on the spinning bike.

For lunch I had a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat English muffin with hummus, laughing cow cheese, zucchini, and shredded carrots. On the side I had a little bunch of grapes.
