Best way to start the week

Protein pancakes
3 egg whites
2 TB. buckwheat pancake mix
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
splash of soymilk
mix together
cook on both sides in a non stick pan
topped with
almond butter
raspberry all fruit spread
and sauce

sauce recipe
3 TB. pear sauce
very small pinch of unsweetened coconut
warmed up in the microwave for 30sec.

The sauce was amazing!
It looks like one pancake got a little chard in the pan, whoops.
