Omega 3's


mini parfait
Greek blueberry yogurt, lemon Wallaby yogurt, Galaxy cranberry orange granola, with mixed
berries.

Main ingredient for lunch. Yay omega 3's.

Alaskan wild salmon mixed with one wedge laughing cow cheese and some dill. Topped on a Great Harvest whole wheat roll with some hummus. I also added some arugula for some leafy green goodness.

  1. I've never thought of mixing canned fish with a laughing cow wedge, great idea!!

  2. It binds it together without using mayo. I also like to use sauces or flavored mustard's.
