1/4 cup quick cook oats
2 TB. Bob's spice n nice
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. chia seeds
mix together
topped with
all natural almond butter
pear sauce
raspberry all fruit spread
very small sprinkle of Galaxy granola in cranberry orange (my favorite)
1/4 of my Great Harvest non fat raspberry muffin I picked up the other day, sprinkled on top
This bowl of oats was the perfect mix, it was so delicious. I loved the fresh creaminess of the all natural almond butter. I ground it at whole foods on Thursday, and all it is is whole almonds ground up.
I also had a cup of Tazo blueberry white tea.
