I'm off to get my workout in. I'm heading to the fancy smancy 24hr fitness to workout today. It's the Lance Armstrong inspired location. I'm still waiting for the day he jumps on a spinning bike next to me, but I don't think that's going to happen.
I also plan to shower at the gym and then go to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's for some groceries. I will be out running errands all afternoon. Which means I will probably be getting lunch at Whole Foods, yippee, something to look forward to after a hard workout.
