Mini pizza production line
I made extra for lunch's over the weekend
My plate with two half's
And with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
I toasted the muffins in a 450 degree oven for 10 min.
I topped each muffin with Tj's brushetta mix
sliced chicken sausage
red pepper, onion, zucchini, pineapple, reduced fat cheddar cheese
Italian seasoning and chili flakes
I baked it another 10 min.
It was so good. It was hard to get all the toppings I wanted onto each little muffin. The muffins were nice and toasty, and the brushetta mix makes these so addicting.
