For a mid morning snack, since I get up for work at 3:15am, ya that's right. I had some non fat Greek yogurt with a dollop of raspberry all fruit spread, some mixed berries added to it, and some Galaxy cranberry orange granola. It was a good combination.
For lunch I had some leftover bean dip from last night, on top of some romaine lettuce with salsa and Greek yogurt. I'm planning on having this key lime pie Larabar as an afternoon snack.
