Monday workout

Today I did 15 min. on the spinning bike to start out, than did some abs and legs and since it wasn't raining I hit the streets for a 4 mile run. Really working on getting back into the spring running season, any dry day I'm trying to run so I can get back to my 8mile runs. My next run I should be ready to go the distance.
