Breakfast

Early morning quick bowl of oatmeal before heading off to work

1/3 cup oats
splash soy milk
2Tb. apricot applesauce
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. Chia seeds
1tsp. unsweetened coconut
1 Tb. Yogi walnut spice granola for a little crunch

I also had a cup of Tazo blueberry white tea
