Breakfast oats

I also had some scrambled egg whites on the side, they are delicious but not a pretty picture. I always have oatmeal and egg whites of some variety every morning. And I had a cup of Tazo blueberry white tea.

It's important to make sure you start your day off with a good balanced breakfast of protein and carbs, and making sure you sneak a little fruit in their. With a good breakfast you boost your metabolism and start your day in a healthy direction, and you wont be hungry for a while, and also wont feel tempted to have that morning pastry at the office.
