Need sleep

Uh I did not sleep good last night. I was tossing and turning and my little cat was all over me making me hot. Now this morning I'm so sleepy. So I decided to have a simple bowl of cereal.

I mixed three kinds of cereal with 1/4 tsp. chia sees, 1/4 of a diced banana, and some soymilk. I warmed it in the microwave just slightly for about 20 sec. I like warm food in the morning, so this helped take the chill off of my cereal.

I am currently sipping some peppermint green tea and hoping that gives me a boost.
