Look at these little orange cuties, it's that season. Christmas always reminds me of cases of cutie clementine oranges. I found some individual one's at whole foods the other day and picked a few.
I'm really on an orange zesting kick, so this morning was no exception. I made a batch of oatmeal pancakes and mixed in the zest of one cutie into the batter.
Topped off with the juice of one clementine segment, raw white honey, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and a little peanut butter. On the side the rest of the clementine segments.
Nothing goes better with orange then cranberries and dark chocolate. It was a nice fresh way to start the day.
Today's tea of choice was the best of the best. My most favorite tea, Mighty Leaf green tea tropical, it doesn't get any better then this.
A perfect Sunday. On the horizon for today is a whole lotta baking. I'm making Christmas cookies and then going to my best friends house to make even more Christmas cookies with a group of friends.
