Yesterday I stopped at Great Harvest and picked up some bread along with this pumpkin muffin.
This muffin is the biggest muffin I have ever seen. I think it's like 3 muffins put together.
I used a smidge of the top portion of the muffin to top off my leftover oats from yesterday, topped with a little pear sauce. This was one of the best toppings I have ever had on my oats.
The muffin is so big I barely made a dent in it. This muffin is also one of the best muffins I have ever had. I'm so glad I will be able to enjoy it for a while.
Once again you put a spin on a standard muffin. Who would have thought to add it to oatmeal.
ReplyDeleteAt the Great Harvest I go to the pumpkin muffins are regular size and don't have pumpkin seeds on the top. But they are yummy.
ReplyDeleteThese muffins should be smaller and more portion controlled. At least I get the most for my buck.
