I'm back from a weekend spent with family and friends celebrating my parents 35th wedding anniversary. We went camping at the Oregon Beach in between Newport beach and Lincoln city.
We had lots of celebratory eats including an anniversary cake.
I also made my parents a wedding cupcake featuring raspberry filled vanilla cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting. I have done a few wedding cakes back in the day and making cupcake wedding cakes is my favorite. Everyone seemed to really love the cupcakes, some people even had seconds.
The beach was fun but it rained the entire time, with a huge down pour of rain yesterday afternoon.
Happy Anniversary to your parents! 35 years is a long time.
