Back from the forest

For labor day weekend Jeff and I headed to Eastern Oregon for some camping and recreational activities.

Oregon is really into being earth friendly. There was miles of solar windmills along the drive on both the Oregon and Washington side of the river.

While camping I brought along some of my favorite healthy foods. Even when camping it's very easy to eat healthy, along with a few splurges of course.

Did some leisurely reading with the sun shining brightly on me, It was very relaxing.
