Today was delivery day. Every two weeks I get a delivery of local organic produce. It's always fun to see what I'm going to get, and then figuring out what I'm going to cook with it.

Little eggplants, not sure what to make with these guys, any suggestions?
Nice small onion's, I used the biggest one in the soup tonight.
