Veggie stew

Tonight I made a one dish meal that included a ton of veggies and beans. This was the perfect meal for a rainy summer day.

1 can Tj's marinara sauce
1 can white beans
1 can garbanzo beans
Tj's basil chicken sausage
diced carrot, zucchini, and asparagus
1/2 cup whole wheat orzo pasta
2 cups water
basil, garlic, salt, and pepper

simmer together until fully cooked about 10-15 min.

It was thick like a stew would be and everything cooked perfectly. I added the carrots first and saved the zucchini and asparagus until the end so it didn't get to soft.

Anyone have any favorite vegetarian stew recipes. I love stew but since I don't eat beef I'm always looking for a way to get that same flavor, but without the beef.
