Red white and blueberry pancakes

I added frozen blueberries to the batter.

I also topped the pancakes with fresh blueberries, raspberries, a drizzle of coconut butter, and a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut.

Paired with a two egg white crepe with fresh dill.

These were the best pancakes I have ever had, Jeff agreed that they were delicious. It was a perfect way to start the 4th of July day off.
