Barbecue night


The beans turned out so good. Next time I would add a little maple syrup and molasses, it wasn't sweet enough. I'm planning on freezing most of this so we can enjoy it throughout the summer.

Burger toppings; fresh, local, and organic make the perfect veggies.

We had Tj's chili lime chicken burgers barbecued and put on top of a whole wheat bun. Served along side some leftover cantaloupe from breakfast and a few slices of sweet potato from last night.

It was a little too much bun for me so I pulled most of it off, but it was still good.
