Up before the sun

Up bright and early on a Saturday, but before heading to work I made a delicious pancake.

3 egg whites
1/4 cup oat bran
2 TB. apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash salt
mix together
cook in a non stick pan
add frozen blueberries to one side
topped with
Tj's almond and flax butter
Crofter's apricot all fruit spread

This was the perfect pancake, light, fluffy, filling, and tasty.
