Presentation is everything


1 cooked up a box of Seeds of change brown rice and topped it with a sauce made with 1 cup vegetable stock, Tj's turkey kielbasa, Tj's red pepper and artichoke tapenade, diced shredded carrots, salt, pepper, fresh basil, and fresh oregano (from my herb garden). I topped the dish with cilantro jalapeno hummus and roasted asparagus.


With a little cup of cantaloupe.
