little veggie burger crackers


For lunch I tried this new product I got at Whole Foods a few weeks ago. It's even a locally made product, well local for me that is. I like that they are individually wrapped. I heated one up in a pan on both sides.

I topped it with some arugula (I wanna make sure I use it all before it starts to wilt), and some hummus, served on top of some Kashi 7 grain crackers. I ate pieces of the veggie burger on top of the crackers, it was delicious.


I also had a cup of low fat cottage cheese with a sliced kiwi, for some good protein and fruit combo.

  1. I had a veggie burger at a BBQ the other day instead of the hamburger in my quest to get healthier. Don't know what brand it was but I think cardboard would have tasted better.
