I picked up these little potatoes today. I'm not the biggest fan of potatoes but they were so small and cute. I seasoned them and roasted them at 400 degrees for 25 min.
The asparagus that I bought, I used half of this bunch.
It was a lot of asparagus for two people, but we love asparagus and this was pretty small in size.
