Served alfresco


We had barbecued wild Alaskan salmon that I picked up at the fish market today. I topped it with some of the tropical salsa from the farmers market along with lemon and dill.

Tina and Jenna having been discussing the importance of having two servings a week of omega 3's. There is some great info from the New Harvest meeting today. I have been working on having salmon either fresh or canned for the last few months. Right now I'm getting my omega 3's at least once a week. It's work in progress.

I can't help but top potatoes with ketchup.
