Upper body challenge is in full swing

This morning before leaving for work I did day 5 of the upper body challenge. Wow today's was hard. I did a circuit workout similar to yesterdays workout.

Circuit one:
15 min. on the spinning bike followed by chest and back, with some high speed drills thrown in to keep the heart rate up.

Circuit two:
15 min. on the spinning bike followed by shoulders, biceps, and triceps, with some more drills.

Circuit three:
15 min. of high intensity drills featuring moves from kickboxing class and the DVD Insanity. It was a great finish to my workout and a great way to burn some major calories at the end.
