1/4 cup oat bran ( I still love this stuff and it's so cheap)
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup water
mix together
topped with
1/4 of a sliced banana
last teeny tiny dollop of raspberry all fruit spread and almond butter
1/4 tsp. chia seeds
Topped with crunch, Tj's low fat almond granola, one of my favorites.
I'm also enjoying a cup of my fruitty bianco green tea from Teavana.
wow! I bet that is a bowl bursting with flavor. I love granola crunch on top of hot oats.
