From the freezer comes another meal


Romaine salad with extra shredded carrots, broccoli, feta, and Newman's light balsamic vinaigrette. With half of a Great Harvest whole wheat roll with a drizzle of raw honey.

Whole wheat spaghetti with some leftover sauce that I pulled out of the freezer. The spaghetti sauce had hot chicken sausage and spinach in it. It was a nice quick easy dinner with the help of the frozen spaghetti sauce.

  2. Me too. They keep coming out with more varieties also. I seem to find a new shape to try all the time.

  3. YUM! A great complete meal. I need to start making and freezing sauce.

    Thanks for the tip on the eggs! This whole bake only had about 230 cals in it though- so it was perfectly portioned for me for din din ;)
