Sweating it out

Today I hit the gym after work. It was a really good workout, but man it was hot in their. I was sweating even before I even started working out. I did the upper body challenge working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I did two sets of each exercise with two supersets per muscle group. After that I hit the stairs for 40 min. of HIT and a major sweat session. I was doing some pretty hard intervals, set to some black eyed peas music.
