Friday bootcamp recap

This morning with the sun shining and a breeze coming through the open window I had a great workout.

It started with 15 min. on the spinning bike followed by the upper body challenge. The first circuit was chest, back, and shoulders, along with abs, and legs.

I jumped back on the bike for 15 more min. and then did a second circuit of biceps, and triceps, along with more abs, and legs.

The third circuit was 15 min. of kickboxing and insanity. I also did some HIT intervals throughout the workout.
