Today I went to the gym and it wasn't even hot and stuffy. They must have fixed the air conditioner. I finished my week strong with a good workout.
I started with the upper body challenge working the full body. I did some chest, back, biceps, shoulders, and triceps, along with legs and abs. After working my muscles I hit the stairs for 30 min. of high intensity training. It was a 30min. sweat fest, and boy did I work hard.
Tomorrow I'm taking as my rest day and then hopefully going for a run Sunday.
