The creation of the 3/4th

For lunch I had this 3/4th sandwich. A half just didn't seem like enough, but a whole sandwich was too much. So the 3/4th was created. This sandwich was on Great Harvest honey whole wheat with turkey, hummus, pear slices, and romaine lettuce.

I was meeting some friends in the afternoon and we were possibly hitting happy hour. But happy hour fell through, so when I got home I had this quick dinner. It was romaine lettuce with a mix of salmon, sun dried tomatoes, lemon, dill, and Newman's light balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with feta and hummus, with a side of a hunk of Great Harvest nine grain bread with some laughing cow cheese on it. It was the perfect quick and nutritious meal.
