Early bird

This morning I was up early just like yesterday and had a pretty similar workout. I used a lot of my own body weight as resistance for most of the exercises and did some kickboxing in between to keep my heart rate up. I would say this was a bootcamp style workout. I did enjoy my dark ride this morning with the sun coming up, the birds chirping, and the fresh air from the window.
