Day 3 upper body challenge

I just finished my last workout of the week. It was bootcamp style with a little bit of everything. I started with 15 min. on the spinning bike followed by chest, back, and shoulders. I did supersets for each muscle group using my own body weight with reps of 12-15. I then jumped back on the bike for 15 min. more, followed by biceps and triceps. I also did abs and legs throughout the whole workout, with reps of 18 and two sets per exercise. I finished with 10 min. of high intensity interval training, doing a little bit of everything to bring my heart rate up to a level 9/10 on the intensity rating.

Now it's time for some stretching, shower, a snack in a little while, and off to work.
