Busy day

Mid morning snack of a little parfait.

Lunch was leftover Amy's refried black beans, Greek yogurt mixed with taco seasoning, salsa, and mozzarella cheese, all rolled into a whole wheat flatbread.

Afternoon snack

Dinner was quick and easy since I got home from work late. On Great Harvest honey whole wheat bread I had some rotisserie chicken from the other night with hummus, spinach, carrots, and red onion. I also had a few Kashi fire roasted veggie crackers.
