Day 2 upper body challenge


I'm off to the gym to workout. It's day 2 of the upper body challenge. I will be hurting later, I'm defiantly feeling yesterday's workout. But that's mostly in my legs, abs, and lower back.

  1. I worked my upper body yesterday and I am a little sore today but not too bad. It is that good kind of sore where you know you did yourself some good!
