Bright sun shiny day

I woke up this morning feeling really sore all over. So sore that I decided that there was no way I could work out this morning. The best thing for my body was to let it rest and repair and schedule a run for Saturday instead (Saturday is my rest day).
I used my extra time to get a little more sleep to help my body with it's recovery.

1/4 cup Scottish oats
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup water
topped with pear sauce
Crofter's apricot all fruit spread
sliced raw almonds
unsweetened coconut

Topped with some Kashi whole wheat biscuits for crunch, and paired with some
blueberry white tea.
The sun's out and it''s going to be a beautiful day and weekend.
