Mid morning snack
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, Kashi whole wheat biscuits and Yogi walnut spice granola.
I also had 1/3 of a banana on the side.
Lunch
1/2 of an Ezekiel wrap with hummus, turkey, red peppers, carrots, and feta.
Afternoon, before workout snack
I'm a regular follower of your post and thought I'd give your interesting sandwich combos a try. After a trip to TJ's I made a wrap with lavish bread, thinly sliced chicken breast, red pepper hummus, arugula, cilantro, a red pepper and feta. OMG, it was wonderful. I would have never thought of that combo on my own.

That would be a great combo. I will have to try adding the cilantro sometime.
