Mid morning snack a mini parfait.
Greek yogurt, mixed berries and homemade granola
Lunch was a
Lavash
whole wheat wrap with turkey, hummus,
brushetta
mix, shredded carrots, cucumbers, and feta.
Afternoon snack was a Larabar
