Sore sore muscles

I've had so many tough workouts this week. When I woke up early this morning to workout, I was feeling the affects of Wednesday and Thursday's workouts. Since I was already up I decided to do a light workout. I did 30 min. on the spinning bike followed by some pushups, along with leg and ab exercises. It was a mix of pilates exercises, from my Wednesday dancers workout class. I ended the workout and my week of working out with some yoga and stretching.

Now it's time to shower and head to work. See you this afternoon.
