Working HIT style

I finished a really good workout at home, bootcamp style. I also spilled my water bottle on myself, it's not a stain if you were wondering.
I started with 10min. on the spinning to warm up and get my heart rate up. I then did some resistance training working upper body. I did one exercise for each major muscle, with three sets each. In between each set in order to keep my heart rate up and burn lots of calories, I did some interval HIT training. I finished my workout with another 30 min. on the bike.
I'm spent now.


  1. Water spillage is OK, we don't grade on coordination. :)

  2. Good because I always seem to spill my water. Wonder where I get that from.
